This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Michael Stanley Band. You Can’t Fight Fashion isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. If I may, I suggest “Hard Time”. That one song is amazing!
Charming song, great melody. Someone Like You is absolutely incredible. Highlife has a fun tempo. I have all of Michael Stanley Band’s tracks and My Town is probably the most his introspective effort. The Damage Is Done is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Fire In The Hole catches attention immediately, From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Just How Good is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. My Town (Live) gets you up and jumping. Someone Like You (Live) is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside.
