This is the first studio album from Michel Sardou since bad diagnosis in 1973. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Michel Sardou energies, virtually a rebirth. There were many famous songs of Michel Sardou available. Smart music for smart people.
Song Les vieux maries is actually a funny song. I can’t stop playing Tu es Pierre. Les villes de solitude is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. I find myself hearing bits of Interdit aux bebes here and there throughout my waking hours. Le cure which is my favorite is a truly Michel Sardou sounding song. Je deviens fou gives taste of what makes Michel Sardou special as a musician. This song is dynamic and dramatic. La maladie d’amour to me is the best you can get from Michel Sardou. This is one hell of a track. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin.
