IF YOU LIKE ALL Motorhead’S SONG GO FOR IT! After debuting at No. 1 last week, Motorhead’s album No Sleep ‘Til Hammersmith CD1 falls to No. 2 with 521,000, a sales slide of 91%. After seeing Ace Of Spades, I had to have a good Motorhead cd. This is my first Motorhead Album and i must say i am blown away.
No Sleep ‘Til Hammersmith CD1 couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Stay Clean. Metropolis is just simply stunning. The Hammer sets the tone for the entire album. Iron Horse - Born To Loose - This one makes me want to not only sing along. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Overkill is one of the coolest songs Motorhead has ever recorded. (We Are) The Road Crew is nothing but pure genius. Capricorn as a highlight of No Sleep ‘Til Hammersmith CD1 contains a ton of cool melodies. It’s such an underrated song. Motorhead is a strong cut, one of many. Over The Top rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. The first time I listened to Shoot You In The Back I was struck by its amazing sound. Jailbait is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Motorhead. Fire Fire is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Too Late, Too Late is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Bite The Bullet - The Chase Is Better Than The Catch is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo.
