It has been nine years Night Ranger’ last studio CD, “Midnight Madness” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. When you buy a Night Ranger album, you know exactly what you’re getting! There is so much to love about Night Ranger, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This album is in perfect progression from Night Ranger!
This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. This track is clearly meant to showcase Night Ranger’s vocal abilities. Sister Christian is nothing but pure genius. Touch The Madness is probably the highlight of the album. I listened to the opening track Passion Play and liked it a lot. When You Close Your Eyes is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Chippin’ Away is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song.
