Since Nova last CD (Blink) on Savoy Records back in 1975, I have felt a massive void in my life. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Nova on ‘Tailor Made (Parts 1 & 2)’. Self-described as Electronic: Progressive with lots of words, Nova comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Such great and happy songs.
Something Inside Keeps You Down (Parts 1 & 2) makes a person feel excellent. Vocals of Nova in Nova (Parts 1 & 2) really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. I have all of Nova’s tracks and Used To Be Easy (Parts 1 & 2) is probably the most his introspective effort. This is probably my favorite song on the album. This track is just a stunning masterpiece.
