It has been twelve years Omega’ last studio CD, “Living Omega” which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. This album has some very good songs like Hutlen Baratok and Blues. On Living Omega album, Omega have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Enjoy the show.
Blues - For me, this is the best of the album. Egy Nehez Ev Utan is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Omega sings Torekeny Lendulet in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Opening track Omegauto shows the best of Omega. Regvart Kedvesem is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Omega ever produced. Emlek is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Eltakart Vilag is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Varazslatos, Feher Ko is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about.
