Travels (CD 2) is an amazing album, racked with beauty.This disc has all of the essential Pat Metheny classics. This album has some very good songs like Extradition and Goin’ Ahead / As Falls Wichita, So Falls Wichita Falls. Great Jazz: Contemporary Jazz right here!
Goin’ Ahead / As Falls Wichita, So Falls Wichita Falls is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Travels to me is the best you can get from Pat Metheny. Still going through Travels (CD 2) and coming to appreciate Song For Bilbao more and more with every listen. San Lorenzo is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade.
