Wings Greatest carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Paul McCartney has. Mila Sparrow has compared writing for Paul McCartney’s new album to that on ‘Wings Greatest’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. Live and Let Die is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Wings Greatest. Junior’s Farm is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. With A Little Luck is a marvelous, simple song by Paul McCartney at the top of his game. One listen to the sheer beauty of Band On The Run was all I needed. Although Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey is very melodic it is far from sad. Hi Hi Hi is the albums biggest surprise. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Paul McCartney. Still going through Wings Greatest and coming to appreciate My Love more and more with every listen. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Mull Of Kintyre (4:44) - awsome.
