This album has some very good songs like Fiesta En Jerez and Fandangos Por Verdiales. Guitar and Flamenco is an amazing album, racked with beauty.It’s natural for Pepe Romero to take a stab at ‘Fiesta En Jerez’ considering her long-professed love for Godsplague. This is what good Pop should be.
Musically Fandangos Por Verdiales is superior to other tracks in Guitar and Flamenco. Garrotin is one of the best records ever. This song may be the most meaningful. Peteneras one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Pepe Romero sings his heart out in Carabana Gitana. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Lamento Andaluz - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Zorongo is another favourite of mine. Spanish Dance is a bit different from Pepe Romero stereotypical stuff. Recuerdos De La Alhambra stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Vidalita is astounding song though, very addictive.
