I have all of Pere Ubu’s tracks and Modern Dance is probably the most his introspective effort. This song is dynamic and dramatic. Street Waves still maintains something of a specific flourish. A unique and uplifting song. Life Stinks is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Real World is a striking and quite long song. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Lyrics of Sentimental Journey are precise and evocative. Humor Me is Pere Ubu’s best work in years.
