It has been sixteen years Peter Gabriel’ last studio CD, “Plays Live (CD 1)” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This nine-song debut EP shows the promise that Peter Gabriel has. Peter Gabriel was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Peter Gabriel and Plays Live (CD 1) together. One of Peter Gabriel’s best albums yet.
I Have The Touch is a great opener for Plays Live (CD 1). Not One Of Us - A nice song. Lyrics of Family Snapshot are precise and evocative. D.I.Y. - A strong beat. When I listen to The Family and The Fishing Net in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. This is one hell of a track. I have all of Peter Gabriel’s tracks and I Go Swimming is probably the most his introspective effort.
