There is so much to love about Pino D’angio, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Since completing 1981’s ‘Un Concerto Da Strapazzo (Scusate Sono Impazzito)’, Pino D’angio fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Self-described as Pop with lots of words, Pino D’angio comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
When I listen to Una Notte Da Impazzire in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Signorina is the albums biggest surprise. In Okay Okay full palet of sound is used by Pino D’angio to accentuate the presentation. Perdonitenente is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Me Ne Frego Di Te is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Notte D’amore. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. I like the agression and power of Donna In Costruzione. This song stands out greatly from the others.
