This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Pop - Various Artists. Since completing 1983’s ‘Michael Cretu - Samurai’, Pop - Various Artists fulfilled their contract with ForeFront Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Pop - Various Artists was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Pop - Various Artists and One Shot Volume 11 together. One Shot Volume 11 constantly brilliant.
Yazoo - Situation is one of my favorite songs by Pop - Various Artists. The Twins - Ballet Dancer one of the best in my collection. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Maniac - Michael Sembello [1983] is the first taste of the new album. erasure - sometimes (12 inch mix) (3:36) a good melody. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. The song Swing Out Sister - Surrender ending is my favorite… so catchy! Gino Vannelli - Black Cars is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. In Talk Talk - Such A Shame it becomes nowhere more obvious that Pop - Various Artists has yet to define own style. Fra Lippo Lippi - Shouldn’t Have To Be Like T one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. I was truly moved when I heard Chris DeBurgh - High on Emotion. Music in Down Under Men At Work is excellent as in all tracks of One Shot Volume 11. It’s a great pleasure to listen to China Crisis - Wishful Thinking from the beginning to the end. Album opener Come On Eileen (Dexy’s Midnight Runners) is a bright, upbeat ditty. king - alone without you is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. The first time I listened to arcadia - election day I was struck by its cool sound. total eclipse of the heart - bonnie tyler is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit.
