Now signed to Raul Seixas’s Virgin Records, the title track from second album “Carimbador Maluco” leads Raul Seixas’s back-to-school campaign. This album has some very good songs like D.D.I. Discagem Direta Interstelar and Quero Mais. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Raul Seixas on ‘D.D.I. Discagem Direta Interstelar’. Such great and happy songs.
Quero Mais is a exquisite song and it grows on you. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Lua Cheia is my favorite song on Carimbador Maluco. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Raul Seixas. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. In Aquela Coisa full palet of sound is used by Raul Seixas to accentuate the presentation. Capim Guine is one of the more up-tempo songs on Carimbador Maluco. Babilina is another favourite of mine. If you are a Raul Seixas fan, you will love So Glad You’re Mine. Coisas Do Coracao gives taste of what makes Raul Seixas special as a musician. Coracao Noturno to me is the best you can get from Raul Seixas. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. From the moment you listen to Eu Sou Eu, Nicuri E O Diabo you’re hooked.
