Body Wishes isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. There is no doubt that Rod Stewart has talent. Since Rod Stewart last CD (Body Wishes) on Capitol Records back in 1983, I have felt a massive void in my life. Check it every song is worth the money for the Body Wishes CD!
Baby Jane is just simply stunning. Move Me as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. The opening track Body Wishes is very much like you would expect from other albums. I can’t stop humming along Sweet Surrender. What Am I Gonna Do one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Ghetto Blaster - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Ready Now - To me, this is the best song on the Body Wishes. Strangers Again makes a person feel amazing. I listened to the opening track Satisfied and liked it a lot.
