It’s All Over Now is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. As always, Rod Stewart’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. My Way Of Giving - A catchy, upbeat tune. Country Comforts had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Cut Across Shorty gives taste of what makes Rod Stewart special as a musician. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Musically Jo’s Lament is superior to other tracks in Gasoline Alley. You’re My Girl (I Don’t Want To Discuss It) is such a astounding and optimistic song that things can get just better.
