For older fans Shock Tactics will put a massive smile accross your face. There is so much to love about Samson, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. On the Mexico charts, superstar Samson’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This is my first Samson Album and i must say i am blown away.
Earth Mother is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Nice Girl is another favourite of mine. Blood Lust is the more seemingly obscure song on Shock Tactics that bear up best to repeated listening. Samson has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. Samson has astounded me with this amazing track. All of songs on Shock Tactics and have something to say letting alone Once Bitten. The opening track Grimme Crime is very much like you would expect from other albums. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Samson. I love the melodic melody of Little Big Man and to this day it makes me feel good.
