Secret Service’s debut, ‘Cutting Corners’, does not fit easily into one genre. There were many famous songs of Secret Service available. Since Secret Service last CD (Cutting Corners) on SixSteps records back in 1982, I have felt a massive void in my life. Cutting Corners touched my soul like nothing else.
Secret Service is hitting on all cylinders in Fire Into Ice. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Cutting Corners. I listened to the opening track Flash In The Night and liked it a lot. Cry Softly (Time Is Mourning) is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. If I Try gets you up and jumping. Strong, powerful vocals of Secret Service in Like A Morning Song are very impressive. The Dancer is the albums biggest surprise. First time I heard Rainy Day Memories was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Watching Julietta is really a nice song to relax and listen too.
