Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Sly and the Family Stone on ‘life’. Since Sly and the Family Stone last CD (Fillmore East 1968) on Savoy Records back in 1968, I have felt a massive void in my life. eleven years ago, Sly and the Family Stone briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “color me true”. IF you love Sly and the Family Stone, ‘Fillmore East 1968′ Mp3’s is the best!

In dance to the music you won’t find any flashy solos. m’lady - another great track from the Fillmore East 1968 album. m’lady is the album’s biggest hit, I think. life is simple, dignified and effective, Sly and the Family Stone refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Voice and instruments in turn me loose complement each other. outr is one of my favorite songs by Sly and the Family Stone.
