This is the first studio album from Smokey Robinson since bad diagnosis in 1983. There were many famous songs of Smokey Robinson available. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Smokey Robinson on ‘Shop Around’. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Tears Of A Clown is beautiful, yet underrated track. Only one song from Songs That Inspired The Motown 25th Anniversary Television Special named Going To A Go-Go really got me. Once you hear Tracks Of My Tears, you will listen to it over and over. Ooo Baby Baby good vocals. You’ve Really Got A Hold On Me is astounding song though, very addictive. Mickey’s Monkey is worth the money. I Second That Emotion is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Cruisin’ is Smokey Robinson’s best work in years. Being With You is a gorgeous song and it grows on you.
