This is the first studio album from Sonic Youth since bad diagnosis in 1982. ‘Sonic Youth EP’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. six years ago, Sonic Youth briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “I Dreamed I Dream”. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is I Dreamed I Dream
No Sonic Youth song has come close to capturing my attention as I Dreamed I Dream did. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. I Don’t Want To Push It is a fine track on any terms. The Good And The Bad is nothing short of a modern masterpiece.
