Since Status Quo last CD (Back To Back) on Columbia Records back in 1983, I have felt a massive void in my life. It has been eleven years Status Quo’ last studio CD, “Back To Back” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. There were many famous songs of Status Quo available. Ol’ Rag Blues is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Can’t Be Done - another great track from the Back To Back album. Album opener Too Close To The Ground is a bright, upbeat ditty. Status Quo rocks harder than ever with No Contract. I’ve found myself listening to Win Or Lose back to back and back many times. Marguerita Time is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Back To Back. Overall a nice softer song. Stay The Night is astounding. Going Down Town Tonight is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite.
