On Stephen Stills album, Stephen Stills have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. I am not a real Rock: Folk music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Stephen Stills’ really is amazing. This eleven-song debut EP shows the promise that Stephen Stills has. Stephen Stills is one of my favourite bands of all time.
This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Church (Part Of Someone) - For me, this is the best of the album. Within the first few notes of Old Times Good Times it’s perfectly clear that Stephen Stills is living this song. I have all of Stephen Stills’s tracks and Go Back Home is probably the most his introspective effort. Charming song, great melody. To A Flame is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Black Queen is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Cherokee is possibly the best song Stephen Stills has come up. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy.
