It’s natural for Styx to take a stab at ‘A.D. 1928′ considering her long-professed love for Godsplague. On the Norway charts, superstar Styx’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This album has some very good songs like A.D. 1928 and Rockin’ The Paradise. A.D. 1928 and Rockin’ The Paradise is really good.
If you are a Styx fan, you will love Rockin’ The Paradise. Some of the arrangements found on Paradise Theater are surprisingly edgy. Nothing Ever Goes As Planned is probably one of Styx’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. This track is full of harmonies and gets Paradise Theater off to a relaxing start. Lonely People is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. I came to like She Cares. Snowblind is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Half-Penny, Two-Penny is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Paradise Theater. State Street Sadie is one of the best records ever.
