five years ago, The Animals briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Take It Easy”. It’s natural for The Animals to take a stab at ‘We’ve Gotta Get Out Of This Place’ considering her long-professed love for Madonna. There is so much to love about The Animals, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. If I may, I suggest “We’ve Gotta Get Out Of This Place”. That one song is amazing!

Take It Easy is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track The Animals ever produced. Song Bring It On Home To Me is actually a funny song. The Story Of Bo Diddley - arguably the best track on Animal Tracks [US] album. Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood is a bit of a show-tune. I Can’t Believe It is simply perfect. Club-A-Gogo has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. I can’t stop playing Roberta. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Vocals of The Animals in For Miss Caulker really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm.
