Whammy carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by The B-52’s. It has been thirteen years The B-52’s’ last studio CD, “Whammy” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Legal Tender and Whammy Kiss is really good.
It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Song For A Future Generation is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track The B-52’s ever produced. It’s such an underrated song. Trism gives good insight into the truths. Queen Of Las Vegas is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Opening track Moon 83 shows the best of The B-52’s. Big Bird - a classic song. Work That Skirt is one of the more up-tempo songs on Whammy.
