This is one of the best Cd’s The Chieftains has dropped to date. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by The Chieftains. After seeing Away We Go Again, I had to have a good The Chieftains cd. One of The Chieftains’s best albums yet.
Simple and heartfelt closing track Dochas closes The Chieftains 7 on a high note. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Excellent vocals and musical performances. I think Friel’s Kitchen is the best song The Chieftains has ever done. Music and lyrics of No. 6 The Coombe creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. The opening track O’Sullivans March is very much like you would expect from other albums. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. This track is clearly meant to showcase The Chieftains’s vocal abilities. Oh! The Brecches Full Of Stitches is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo.
