The Shadows was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from The Shadows and Rockin’ With Curly Leads together. It has been eleven years The Shadows’ last studio CD, “Rockin’ With Curly Leads” which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. After seeing Pinball Wizard - See Me Feel Me, I had to have a good The Shadows cd. This album is in perfect progression from The Shadows!
Years Away have really caught my ear and imagination. Musically Humbucker is superior to other tracks in Rockin’ With Curly Leads. Deep Roots is worth the money. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Jungle Jam. Gracie is beautiful, yet underrated track. Good Vibrations - Okay, I just talked about depth. This song may be the most meaningful. Wide Mouthed Frog is one of the more up-tempo songs on Rockin’ With Curly Leads. The Shadows must have run out of lyrics on the next track Rockin’ With Curly Leads. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Gutbucket from the beginning to the end. Jumpin’ Jack Input is another strong production from The Shadows.
