There is no doubt that The Sweet has talent. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of The Sweet on ‘Falling In Love’. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of The Sweet energies, virtually a rebirth. If you love The Sweet as much as I do, then The Sweet Identity Crisis is the CD for you!
This song may be the most meaningful. I like the idea behind I Wish You Would. Identity Crisis is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. It took me a little time but I ended up loving It Makes Me Wonder. After about the third Love Is The Cure listen through, I began to believe this song is The Sweet’s essence. New Shoes is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Strange Girl - I like this one. Two Into One one of the best in my collection.
