UFO had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by UFO. After debuting at No. 1 last week, UFO’s album Making Contact falls to No. 2 with 461,000, a sales slide of 60%. This is what good Rock: Hard-Rock should be.
Song Diesel In The Dust is actually a funny song. Music and lyrics of A Fool For Love creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. You And Me is really the reason why I recommend buying Making Contact. The opening track When It’s Time To Rock is very much like you would expect from other albums. The Way The Wild Wind Blows the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Call My Name is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track UFO ever produced. This track is clearly meant to showcase UFO’s vocal abilities. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot.
