On the Canada charts, superstar Vangelis At Aphrodite’s Child’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. 666 (Cd2) is an amazing album, racked with beauty.It has been five years Vangelis At Aphrodite’s Child’ last studio CD, “666 (Cd2)” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
Alamont presents the marvelous mix of instruments on 666 (Cd2). After about the third The Wedding Of The Lamb listen through, I began to believe this song is Vangelis At Aphrodite’s Child’s essence. The Capture Of The Beast is just simply stunning. Vangelis At Aphrodite’s Child allows each song to breathe and flourish. Hic Et Nunc is a striking and quite long song. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on 666 (Cd2). Break had me crying as I was able to relate so well.
