It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Vladimir Cosma energies, virtually a rebirth. Vladimir Cosma was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Vladimir Cosma and La Boum (Film De Claude Pinoteau) together. La Boum (Film De Claude Pinoteau) isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. I was truly moved when I heard It Was Love. Formalities (Instrumental) - arguably the best track on La Boum (Film De Claude Pinoteau) album. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on La Boum (Film De Claude Pinoteau) is Gotta Get A Move On. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Gotta Get A Move On is a exquisite, simple song by Vladimir Cosma at the top of his game. No Vladimir Cosma song has come close to capturing my attention as Formalities did. Gotta Get A Move On (Instrumental) is outstanding work of Vladimir Cosma. Murky Turkey is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. In Gon On For Ever you won’t find any flashy solos.
