After debuting at No. 1 last week, ZECCHINO D ORO’s album 16 Zecchino D’ Oro falls to No. 2 with 596,000, a sales slide of 52%. This album is in perfect progression from ZECCHINO D ORO!
Cocco e Drilli have really caught my ear and imagination. Concerto della citta catches attention immediately, After few listenings I started to like Il buio more and more. Il gioco della rima is a astounding sing-along. When listening to Il mago matto, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. L orso Giovanni can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what ZECCHINO D ORO is all about. La cometa ha perso la coda is beautiful, yet underrated track. Nonna is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. A great put together song. Umpa which is my favorite is a truly ZECCHINO D ORO sounding song. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Un gigante, which shows, blatantly, how much ZECCHINO D ORO has evolved as a singer.
